Terms & Conditions for Freelance Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients who hire my services for digital marketing, web design, advertising, or any related freelance work. By engaging in my services, you agree to the following terms:
1. ✅ Project Scope & Agreement
All services will be delivered based on the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
Any changes beyond the original scope may require additional charges and time.
2. 💳 Payment Terms
A 50% advance is required before starting most projects (unless stated otherwise).
Final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery or launch.
For hourly or milestone-based work (e.g., Freelancer/Upwork), payments follow platform guidelines.
🔁 Revisions Policy
Each project includes [1–3] rounds of revisions (based on the package).
Extra revisions or new requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
4. 📦 Delivery & Turnaround
Project timelines will be discussed before work begins.
Timely feedback from the client is essential for staying on schedule.
Delays caused by lack of response may shift the deadline.
5. ❌ Refund & Cancellation
No full refunds once the work has started.
If the client cancels mid-project, a partial refund (based on work completed) may be provided.
If I must cancel due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.
6. 🔐 Confidentiality
All your project data, login credentials, and personal/business information are 100% confidential.
I will never share, sell, or use your information without your permission.
7. 📁 Portfolio Use
I may showcase completed work in my portfolio (website, LinkedIn, Behance, etc.) unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. ⚖️ Legal Disclaimer
I do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., revenue, ad ROI), but I commit to using best practices and professional strategies.
